Electrical inspections are a legal requirement to ensure electrical systems work safely and efficiently. A commercial property should be inspected and given an electrical condition report every 5 years, whereas a residential dwelling should be inspected and tested every 5-10 years.

All our electricians are certified to upgrade old fuse boxes to modern consumer units, install them, test the system, and issue a certificate of compliance.

We provide professional, reliable property maintenance services to a wide range of commercial and residential sectors. Our team of qualified tradespeople carry out planned or reactive maintenance, providing services that include joinery, plumbing, refurbishment, general repairs, plastering, painting and decorating, amongst others.

BS7671 ensures the safety of your electrical systems by emphasising the proper selection and installation of electrical wiring.
